About the Authors
Grayson Smith and Patty Smith
Grayson lives in Salt Lake City, with his dog, Lady, where he is working as a civil engineer and has a degree from the University of Utah. He stays busy climbing, skiing and is active in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).
Patty lives in North Carolina and has three grown children and three adorable grandchildren. Patty is involved in Al-Anon and is a health coach, having received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrution (IIN). Patty performs nutritional workshops and is available for speaking engagements.
